Refund policy

Returnable items
Returns are accepted for 7 days from the date of purchase for any non-original artwork you see listed in the shop. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of the damage to info@ginnystlawrenceart.com.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of original artwork, we cannot accept returns or refunds on original paintings or gift cards sold at our store.
